Once my custom glove order ships how long will it take to arrive?
Shipping to Canada is 2-5 business days and shipping international is 7-10 business days.
What is the wait time for a custom glove?
Custom gloves take 4-5 weeks to be completed. 
Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges on custom made gloves?
There are no refunds allowed on any custom made glove. Any complaints and/or issues concerning a custom glove are dealt with on a case by case basis by the Rival baseball. There is a 1 year non transferable glove defect warranty on all custom glove orders. If determined a "defective" glove will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of Rival Baseball. Repaired or replacement custom gloves will take the normal amount of turnaround time.
Can I make changes to my glove after it's ordered?
No changes are allowed on custom orders. In order to deliver gloves in a timely manner we are unable to hold orders for changes.
Are duty and import taxes covered by the international shipping cost?

No, the shipping cost only covers the cost to ship the item to you. The buyer is responsible for any duty or import fees into their country.

How do I know when my glove has shipped?
Once your order is completed and shipped you will be sent a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order. 
How do I know my order has been placed?
When you complete your order online, an order number will be displayed. We will also email you an order confirmation minutes after you complete your order. This email will have the order number for your reference and confirm the product you ordered. Please note you will receive a second email from us once the item(s) have been shipped from our distribution center. The second email will contain your tracking number and will be sent around 9:00 pm CST the day you place your order.
Do you have quantity discounts for teams or a group of players?
You bet.  Please contact us and we can discuss volume discounts. We can also set up a custom coupon code so that the members of your team or league receive the same discount when ordering separately.  We also offer quantity discounts for smaller orders that are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on your wood bats?
Yes we do. We offer 30 days from the time you receive your bat..  A couple of points; make sure the label is facing up or down at contact and that you use the barrel. This will increase the longevity of your bat(s). You may hit a ball off the end of the bat on a swing or get jammed and the bat may not break on that particular swing, but may affect the bat to the point on the next swing it may break; even though you hit it on the barrel. Please be aware of this prior to sending us an email.  Caved in or collapsed cups do not qualify as a broken bat. 
How close is the Bat Customizer to the Actual Bats that I'll receive?
We have spent a substantial amount of time fine tuning our bat customizer to match as best as possible all of our stain colors and other finishes.  Each piece of wood is different and each species is different in how it takes on stain or is flame treated.  Everything is done by hand and this means there could be discrepancies from the actual physical bat with what can be replicated on a desktop or phone.  Differences in screen contrast and brightness can also play a part in different looks from the customizer to an actual bat.  These discrepancies are part of the bat making process and working with a natural product. Each bat is unique unto itself.
Do you offer a warranty on your Composite Bats?
Yes, we do.  These come with a 30 Day Warranty from the date you received it.  You will need your receipt to initiate the replacement process.  Caved in or collapsed cups do not qualify as a broken bat and will not be considered to be replaced under our warranty program.
How is my Credit Card charged?
We are a Canadian company, therefore at this time we charge in Canadian Dollars. You have the ability to convert your order total into US Dollars to give you a very close approximation to what you will actually pay. We will charge your order for the exact amount if you choose to keep the currency in Canadian Dollars.
